#Climate2014 – 3 Questions for Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon

Ahead of this month’s UN Climate Summit, we asked our social media fans and followers to send in questions for Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Thanks to all who submitted questions!

The Secretary-General recorded three answers. See them here:

Luciana Bernardes from Brazil asked on Twitter:

“Can we still reverse climate change?”

Cassie Shan from China asked on Weibo:

“To combat climate change, we need a green economy which is costly. Therefore how can the international community help to support countries that are not affluent enough to develop the green economy?”

Cynthia Song from the United States asked on Facebook:

“Business/economics interest often conflicts with the environmental agenda – how can (or how does) the UN resolve this conflict and help keep both sides happy?”
